Screen Overlay Detected
To change this permission setting, you first have to turn off the screen overlay from Settings > Apps”

This is a very annoying but common error. And my phone also got this error, struggled for nearly a week, googled every way to fix it but couldn’t. Luckily in one, I found it.
Just follow these steps: Settings >> Additional settings >> Accessibility >> in Services, just turn off all apps.
Ok, you did well, now you never see that message.
If some apps wants to send you notifications
And you get this message, you can simply press the back arrow to close this message.
But you can’t press Block or Allow, in case you want to choose 1 of 2, please just follow these steps:
Settings >> Permissions >> Other permissions >> Permissions >> Display pop-up window >> Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner >> Restrict all >> OK
